Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final except for rare occasions when Logic Airsoft is at fault for misplaced orders. Logic Airsoft does not cover for any broken or mishandled parts from the customer.

AIRSOFT BUILDS NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:

Thank you for choosing our custom airsoft build service. We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional custom airsoft builds tailored to your specifications. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our operations, we have implemented the following non-refundable policy requiring full payment upfront before any building or work can begin:

  1. Payment Requirement: Full payment for the custom airsoft build must be made upfront before any building or work can commence. This payment covers the costs of materials, labor, and reserving our technicians' time to complete your custom build.

  2. Design Approval: Before payment, we will provide you with a detailed design/part proposal and cost estimate based on your specifications. It is crucial to carefully review and approve the design/parts, ensuring it aligns with your expectations. Once you provide your approval and full payment is made, changes to the design/parts may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

  3. Build Commencement: Upon receiving full payment and design approval, our team will begin the custom airsoft build according to the agreed-upon design. Please note that no refunds or cancellations are permitted once work has started, as substantial time and resources are dedicated to fulfilling your unique requirements.

  4. Shipping and Customer Responsibility: Once the custom airsoft build is completed and shipped, we are not held responsible for any issues, damages, or malfunctions that may occur during shipping or after the customer has received the item. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon arrival and promptly notify the shipping carrier and us of any visible damages or discrepancies. Any claims or concerns regarding the shipped item should be directed to the shipping carrier and will be subject to their policies and procedures.

  5. Warranty and Defects: While we strive for excellence in our custom airsoft builds, minor adjustments or tweaks may be necessary after completion. We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship and the parts used. However, this warranty does not cover changes in personal preference, external modifications, damage resulting from misuse or improper handling, or issues arising after the customer has received the shipped item. In addition if the product has been tampered with or the orange tip has been removed, it is no longer eligible for a refund and warranty will be voided.

By proceeding with our custom airsoft build service, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this non-refundable policy requiring full payment upfront. We strongly recommend inspecting the shipped item upon arrival and promptly reporting any issues to the shipping carrier and us.
